At Metta Hospice Care, we believe in preserving dignity and enhancing quality of life for patients in their final stages. As a Staff Nurse, you will be part of a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team providing home hospice services to patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Since June 2000, we have supported over 5,000 patients, offering medical care, nursing assessments, and psychosocial support to both patients and their families.

Your Key Responsibilities

Conduct home visits to palliative care patients referred by medical institutions
Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
Adjust medications under doctor's guidance to ensure symptom control
Educate caregivers on basic nursing procedures for patient comfort
Coordinate referrals to hospices or other support services as needed
Provide emotional and bereavement support to patients and their families
Identify financial or social assistance needs and work with social workers
Participate in fundraising activities to support our mission

Who We Are Looking For

Diploma/Degree in Nursing, with Palliative Care certification preferred
Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or palliative care
Empathetic, patient-focused, and comfortable with end-of-life care

Work Location: Home-Based Hospice Care (Islandwide)
