Responsibilities
- Provide nursing leadership and ensure quality care for residents
- Guide and supervise junior nurses through orientation and training
- Respond to emergencies, perform first aid, and arrange ambulance transfers
- Assess residents health and nutritional status during rounds
- Perform examinations, procedures, and specimen collection
- Develop, review, and update care plans regularly
- Administer and monitor medications, reporting side effects when needed
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with ENHS standards
- Oversee daily operations in the absence of the Care Manager
- Support incident reporting and escalation protocols
Requirements
- Diploma in Nursing or equivalent
- At least 2- 3 years nursing experience
- Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) license
