Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, timely, and patient-centred nursing care in ward or nursery settings
- Monitor patient conditions, perform assessments, and maintain accurate documentation of vital signs and clinical observations
- Administer medications and intravenous infusions in accordance with clinical protocols
- Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and examinations
- Respond promptly to medical situations and ensure appropriate escalation when required
- Support patient care coordination and contribute to a smooth clinical workflow
- Participate in team collaboration, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Handle administrative and operational duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- NITEC, Diploma, or Degree in Nursing
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- Relevant nursing experience in clinical settings
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to different shift arrangements
- Committed to delivering high standards of patient care
