Job Purpose To provide technical leadership in the successful verification of graphics controllers SOC within a dynamic team of Verification Engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Own the verification at IP and SOC level, from defining the verification plan through execution and coverage sign-off.
Proactively identify verification risks, drive resolution, and escalate issues that may impact schedule or silicon quality.
Provide technical leadership to the verification team, mentoring junior engineers and guiding technical decision-making.
Drive and contribute to continuous improvement of verification flows, methodologies, and best practices to improve quality, efficiency, and reuse.

As this is an evolving business, ongoing change is an integral part of the position. Management will liaise with the individual on any fundamental change to work practices. The individual is required to embrace and adopt any change to working practices.
Knowledge and skill requirements
Bachelor or Masterin Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
10+ years of experience in technically leading verification projects, using System Verilog and UVM verification methodology.
Proficient in using industry-standard EDA tools (Synopsys, Cadence).
Excellent analytical skills to diagnose complex issues and assess verification risk.
Strong communication skills for effective team and cross-functional collaboration.
Working experience from design to tape-out is essential.
Knowledge and working experience with graphics processor and/or microcontroller products is a plus.
