Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Perform full custom layout of Analog Mixed Signal modules in planar CMOS, BCD and FinFET technologies
- Create an efficient floorplan to ensure optimal placement and routing of analogue components to meet design requirements and performance
- Perform layout verification of the IP module to ensure quality and compliance of the processes
- Documentation of all layout details according to the development process and adhere to the quality and standards
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor/Master degree in Microelectronics/Electronic Engineering
- At least 5 years experience in analog layout of circuits, such as Bandgap, LDO, Oscillators, PLL, ADC etc
- Experience in deep submicron process in planar CMOS and BCD technologies.
- Knowledge of FinFET will be advantageous
- Proficient in EDA tools, such as Cadence, Synopsys and Mentor
- Knowledge of scripting languages, such as Python, Java will be a plus
- Excellent team player
