As part of Seagate's global network, we collaborate with production, engineering, IT, and quality teams to deliver measurable results that strengthen our competitive edge and set new standards for operational excellence.
. Lead and deliver end-to-end AI projects in manufacturing, from identifying business pain points to production deployment and ongoing optimization.
. Design high-value AI solutions for manufacturing scenarios such as predictive maintenance, process data analytics, and image/video recognition.
. Build and optimize data and model pipelines, including data governance, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment monitoring, and rollback strategies.
. Drive large-scale adoption of multi-agent AI and LLM applications in factories, ensuring safety, compliance, and cost efficiency.
. Collaborate with Seagate's AI teams to establish best practices, governance frameworks, and training programs.
. Quantify project impact by setting and tracking OKRs/KPIs (e.g., yield improvement, reduced rework rates, faster response times) and reporting to management team.
. You are a strategic thinker who thrives on solving complex problems and delivering tangible results.
. You excel at cross-functional collaboration, bridging technical and business teams with clear communication.
. You are adaptable, proactive, and committed to continuous learning in a fast-evolving AI landscape.
. You value precision, scalability, and ethical AI practices.
. 3-5+ years of AI/ML project experience, and have led at least two successful end-to-end deployments in industrial/manufacturing settings. You might also have: . Hands-on manufacturing project experience.
. Strong engineering skills in Python, deep learning frameworks, data processing.
. Expertise in areas such as ML, LLM, AI agent ,computer vision (defection detection, OCR/barcode).
. Solid understanding of manufacturing data and processes, with strong project management and communication skills.
. Proficiency in English for technical documentation and clear reporting to leadership.
. Expertise edge inference, and industrial protocols.
. Contributions to patents or open-source projects.
