Senior Staff Nurse
Location: West Coast / Pasir Panjang are (Direct bus from Clementi MRT station)
Working days : 5.5days
Mon - Friday 8am-4pm or 9am to 5pm // 9am-1pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessment.
- Coordinate patient care and provide quality nursing care for an assigned group of patients.
- Demonstrate competency in clinical nursing skills and knowledge
- Provide patient education for family members.
- Record and maintain proper accurate documentation of patient's progress.
- Assists doctors and attend to emergency calls whenever necessary.
- Perform appropriate interventions for effective patient's outcomes.
- Manage and monitor medical supplies, equipment and consumables inventory
- Practise safety and infection control precautionary measures
- Participate in patients rehabilitation, involving the patients family.
- Manage rendered in the notes, medication records and charts of patients.
- Participate in medical emergencies or crisis situations as appropriate.
