Introduction

As a Sr. Technician-Reliability, you'll support the Reliabilityoperationactivities to achieve corporate goals in product reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily production such as managing in-coming Rel Test jobs to ensure accuracy, error-freeand traceability.
  • Maintain Lab certifications per Industry or International Standards.
  • Improve cycle time, OSD & minimized operations error.
  • Coordinate all external test services to meet internal & external customers requirements.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and safety in the reliability lab.

Other Responsibilities

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum NTC / ITE levels or equivalent in Microelectronics or Electrical Engineering.
  • Min3 years experiencein reliability lab operation or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of wafer testing and operation of probers and/or Electrical Test system is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of wafer fabrication is an advantage.
  • Knowledge ofISO/IATF16949 is an advantage.
