Prepare field instrument specifications, datasheets, and procurement documents
Perform technical evaluation of field instruments like control valves, shutdown valves, flow instruments, level instruments, pressure instruments, analyzers, etc.
Prepare instrument list, IO list, and other deliverables from Hexagon SPI/AVEVA instrumentation
Prepare control narratives, cause & effect, system block diagrams
Review instrumentation in mechanical packages and provide inputs, perform vendor offer evaluation, vendor drawing review, etc.
Provide ICSS-related inputs to the ICSS Package Lead
Participate in HAZOP, LOPA, KOM, design reviews, testing, etc.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Electronic/Control Systems/Instrumentation Engineering
Minimum 7 years experience in I&C Engineering/Design of Hydrocarbon or Offshore Oil & Gas Processing Facilities with at least 3 years experience with Middle East projects
Demonstrated experience with safety and control systems design for EPC/EPCI projects.
Working knowledge of Hexagon SPI
Good knowledge of control system architecture and functionality
Possessgood communication skills and leadership qualities
Ability to understand client and project requirements and meet the project expectations in terms of quality and schedule
