Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) advisory projects for client.
• Advise clients on AML/KYC regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), KYC reviews, and periodic reviews.
• Perform Source of Wealth (SOW) assessments and identify gaps requiring remediation.
• Review sanctions alerts, transaction monitoring alerts, and investigate potential financial crime risks.
• Assess clients AML/FCC policies and procedures, identify compliance gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Prepare reports, present findings, and provide practical recommendations to clients.
• Mentor junior team members and support project delivery.
• Support proposal development and contribute to business growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Accounting, Business, Finance, Law & etc.)
• At least 4 years of experience in Financial Crime Compliance, AML/KYC, Compliance, Risk, and/or Financial Crime Advisory.
• Experience within consulting Big4 firms, financial institutions is highly preferred.
• Experience conducting regulatory reviews, compliance assessments, or gap analysis is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and report writing skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering high quality work under tight deadlines.
