Job Description

About Marvell

Marvell's semiconductor solutions are the essential building blocks of the data infrastructure that connects our world. Across enterprise, cloud and AI, and carrier architectures, our innovative technology is enabling new possibilities.

At Marvell, you can affect the arc of individual lives, lift the trajectory of entire industries, and fuel the transformative potential of tomorrow. For those looking to make their mark on purposeful and enduring innovation, above and beyond fleeting trends, Marvell is a place to thrive, learn, and lead.

Your Team, Your Impact

The NPI Execution Supply Chain team at Marvell plays a critical leadership role in enabling successful, on-time launches of complex semiconductor products by driving end-to-end supply chain execution across a global ecosystem of internal teams and external partners.
As a Sr Staff NPI Planner, based out of our Singapore office, you will be at the heart of new product introductions, driving planning and execution from initial launch to mass production for multiple high-impact programs across Marvell. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring supply readiness, Item/BOM setup, NPI build execution, and ramp alignment from early development through transition to mass production. This role requires strong ownership of execution outcomes, proactive risk management, supplier relationship and the ability to influence cross-functional and supplier decisions that directly impact project timelines, revenue and customer commitments.

What You Can Expect

  • Own end-to-end supply chain execution for multiple NPI programs from prototype through qualification to high-volume manufacturing (HVM) ramp, with full accountability for supply readiness and milestone delivery.
  • Lead NPI-to-Mass Production (MP) transition planning, ensuring alignment across supply, capacity, data, and execution readiness to support revenue ramp.
  • Drive test floor planning and coordination, including scheduling, prioritization, and alignment with internal Test Hub to meet program timelines and volume requirements.
  • Establish and lead NPI WIP data management processes, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and visibility of material status across supply chain to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive end-to-end BOM setup, material readiness, and work order execution to support complex build plans and changing program needs.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Packaging, Engineering, Quality, Program Management, Business Operations) to define supply requirements, resolve constraints, and maintain execution alignment.
  • Lead execution with external suppliers (foundries, OSATs, test houses, substrate vendors), proactively managing supply, capacity, and cycle time risks across geographically distributed operations.
  • Leverage Oracle ERP and internal planning dashboards to monitor supply readiness, program schedules, and execution KPIs in real time.
  • Develop and maintain standardized supply chain reporting packages, dashboards, and executive briefing materials that provide real-time visibility into program status, WIP, and KPIs.
  • Identify systemic gaps in NPI execution and drive process improvements across planning, data accuracy, and cross-functional coordination.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in semiconductor supply chain, NPI planning, or operations, with demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional program execution
  • Strong leadership and influence skills, with the ability to drive alignment across engineering, operations, and supplier organizations.
  • Proven ability to manage programs from NPI through production ramp, including handling ambiguity, trade-offs, and competing priorities.
  • Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flows, including foundry, assembly, test, and supply chain dependencies.
  • Experience with test operations, test capacity planning, and OSAT coordination strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills, including experience with WIP tracking, planning systems, and driving data accuracy across systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data analytics tools experience with forecasting and planning models is highly desirable.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and supply chain dashboards for execution tracking and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and present clear, actionable insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
