Sr. Specialist, Design and Visualisation

Overview

The Sr. Specialist, Executive Presentations & Visual Communication is a PPT expert role focused on transforming complex, data-heavy content into clear, compelling, executive-ready presentations.

This role exists primarily to support CEO, COO, OLT, HR, and Marketing, addressing a critical organizational gap in professional, high-quality PowerPoint creation. The success of this role will be measured by the ability to quickly produce sharp, structured, and visually strong decks suitable for executive decision-making, customer presentations, and internal leadership communication.

Job Summary

• Own the creation and refinement of executive-level PowerPoint decks for:

1. CEO / COO / OLT reviews
2. Board and leadership meetings
3. Customer and partner presentations
4. Internal Townhalls and strategic updates

• Translate large volumes of data, technical detail, and written input into, Clear executive summaries, Structured narratives, Decision-focused slides

• Design polished, sharp-looking slides with strong visual hierarchy, layout discipline, and consistent branding.

• Convert overloaded or technical slides into concise, management-relevant content without losing meaning.

• Act as a trusted PPT partner for senior leadership, often under tight timelines and high visibility.

• Apply strong storyboarding and slide architecture skills to ensure logical flow and clarity.

• Ensure all materials align with Quasar's visual and brand guidelines while maintaining flexibility for executive needs.

• Build and maintain a slide asset library (templates, layouts, visuals) to improve speed and consistency across the organization.

• Support HR, Marketing, IT, and corporate functions with high-quality presentation materials for:

1. Culture and engagement initiatives
2. EVP and employer branding communication
3. Change management and internal programs

• Partner with Marketing where appropriate, but the role is not a marketing designer role—the core deliverable is PPT excellence for executives.

• 3D visualization is not the primary workload for this role, but is good to have when required, support basic coordination or integration of externally produced 3D visuals into presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or any relevant field.

• 3–6 years in producing executive-ready presentations.

• Deliver under pressure for urgent, high-visibility meetings, balancing speed with accuracy.

• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills (storyboarding, data visualization, slide architecture).

• Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling.

• Ability to simplify technical detail into clear, high-impact presentations.

• Comfortable working directly with CEO/COO under tight deadlines.

• Collaborative and proactive, following brand direction from Marketing while focusing on technical accuracy and presentation quality.
