JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for timely and accurate Order Management and Order Fulfillment process to achieve customer satisfaction.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- End to end Order Management and Order Fulfillment
- Resolve daily operational issues and seek to simplify and standardize customer service operational processes
- After-sales support through close monitoring and processing of Rebates and Quality Notification/Customer's claim.
- Contribute positively to KPI targets
- Build good relationships with all related internal and external stakeholders within and out of regional and global Supply Chain
- Obtain Customs Competency Certification as Certified Declarant
- Participate in customer service initiatives / projects for system and process transformation
- Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned, including but not limited to SAPPL key activities
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Min Diploma in Operations Management , Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics or similar functions
- Good analytical thinking skills to assess situations and identify issue root causes
- Demonstrate skillful communication in a multicultural and multilingual environment
- High level of meticulousness to ensure data accuracy
