Our client is a start up in Wing-in-Ground (WIG) craft development About the Role
- Drive program milestones from concept to certification and delivery
- Manage program risk, cost, quality, and timelines,escalating issues proactively with solutions
- Build and manage the full supply chain strategy
- Oversee the setup and scale-up of the main assembly site
- Lead the company's sales and business development strategy
- Negotiate supplier contracts
Skills and Experience Required
- Msc / Degree in Engineering or related field
- PMP certified will be a plus
- Min 10 years of experience in program management for maritime / shipbuilding industry
- Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing operations
- Experience in start up environment will be a big plus
- Interest in Ground Effect Vehicle / Wing-in-Ground (WIG) craft development
