Summary

The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition APAC leads the design, development, and execution of regional and global talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire top talent. The role oversees scalable recruitment processes, systems, and practices while driving highquality, consistent hiring across the region. It enhances the consistency and quality of talent acquisition delivery in APAC and drives continuous improvement and operational excellence across the function. Based in Singapore, this position reports to the Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

  • Lead the APAC Talent Acquisition team across the region, driving operational excellence in candidate experience, hiring manager satisfaction, quality of hire, time to fill, and overall cost efficiency.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop aligned hiring strategies.
  • Build and execute sourcing approaches that strengthen pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Build strong relationships across regions and take a lead role in driving strategic talent acquisition projects.
  • Support strategic, highimpact hiring by directly managing select priority searches as needed.
  • Oversee university recruitment across APAC, building partnerships with key institutions and managing programs that strengthen early career talent pipelines.
  • Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through consistent processes, communication, and service delivery.
  • Use talent analytics and market insights to guide decision making, resource allocation, and continuous improvement.
  • Support employer branding efforts and ensure consistent use of the company's employee value proposition across the region.
  • Drive process efficiency and effective use of ATS and recruitment technologies to enhance operational performance.

Required Experience And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years recruiting experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop Talent Acquisition teams while driving consistent, high quality hiring outcomes.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing multiple priorities, navigating complex environments, and delivering results in fast paced settings.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data, market insights, and recruitment technologies to guide decisions and improve processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to effectively interface with all levels of employees.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Results oriented with a high degree of personal initiative, flexible and customer centric attitude.
