The Sr Manager of Sales Operations partners closely with Asia and Korea Sales Leadership, Finance, HR, and GTM teams to drive predictable revenue growth, improve forecast accuracy, and strengthen operational rigor across the sales organization. This role leads strategic planning, performance management, and business rhythm to enable scalable, high-performance go-to-market execution.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
. 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles, preferably in enterprise or B2B technology.
. Proven experience partnering with senior sales leaders in complex, matrixed organizations.
. Strong expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, quota methodology, and performance management.
. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Finance, HR, and GTM teams.
. Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without authority.
. Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
. Experience supporting high-growth or SaaS organizations.
. Experience working across Asia Pacific and/or Korea markets
