About The Role
As Head of Marketing, you will drive the end-to-end customer growth engine for Circles.Life Singapore. You'll lead a team of marketers, manage key performance and brand channels, and shape how we acquire, activate, and retain customers both online and offline.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll pair unconventional marketing ideas with sharp growth thinking. You'll be responsible for building campaigns that break through, scaling acquisition funnels, and experimenting with new growth levers across the customer lifecycle.
What You'll Do
Lead the marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, CRM, referral, and offline channels
Build and execute full-funnel campaigns that drive awareness, acquisition, activation, and retention
Own performance marketing budget, media mix, agency coordination, landing page optimization
Partner with Product to improve onboarding, UX flows, and in-app engagement
Collaborate with Commercial and Partnerships to ensure alignment on GTM, promos, and value proposition
Lead and coach a lean, high-impact team of marketers and channel specialists
Monitor KPIs, test hypotheses, and run rapid experiments to unlock customer growth
Monitor funnel performance and constantly optimize for cost-effective, scalable outcomes
Leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign creation, optimize creative testing, and uncover insights that drive breakthrough marketing performance
Who You Are
610 years of experience in marketing or commercial leadership
Proven track record in consumer tech, digital services, or app-based businesses
Deep understanding of funnel metrics, LTV/CAC models, and retention mechanics
Strong creative instincts; able to generate bold ideas and execute them quickly
Skilled in tools like Google Ads, Meta, GA4, CRM platforms, and growth analytics stacks
Experienced in managing small teams or cross-functional marketing squads
A builder by nature comfortable in ambiguity, focused on outcomes, and highly collaborative
Deep expertise in digital marketing with a proven track record of scaling acquisition channels and driving measurable ROI
Strong AI curiosity and hands-on experience using latest AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) to rapidly prototype campaigns, create content, and test innovative marketing concepts
