Sr Inventory Specialist

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain inventory accuracy across both forward and reverse logistics through effective controls

• Execute system transactions (e.g., adjustments, transfers, receipts) accurately and in a timely manner

• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies, ensuring proper documentation and resolution

• Serve as the main point of contact for inventory-related matters, including the annual stock count

• Support project implementation by tracking progress and coordinating with relevant stakeholders

• Prepare project status reports and management presentations

• Ensure compliance to internal controls and established inventory processes

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline

• Prior experience in logistics, RMA, and online order management is preferred

• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in handling, controlling, receiving, shipping, and storing electronic products

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data processing and reporting

• Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend improvements

• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

• Experience in returns handling and e-commerce/marketplaces (e.g., Amazon) is an advantage
