Sr/ Interior Designer (Office interior)

Responsibilities

• Creative Execution: Formulate and deliver tailored design strategies for corporate spaces. Perform background research and market analysis to back up your design choices.

• Client Engagement: Put together polished pitch decks and present your spatial concepts to clients with clarity and confidence.

• Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the broader design team across all project phases, providing direct support to Senior Designers and Design Directors.

• On-Site Quality Control: Conduct site visits during the construction phase to guarantee that the physical build accurately reflects the approved design plans.

• General Support: Adapt to evolving project needs by handling extra tasks assigned by your supervisor or leadership team.

Background & Expertise

• Industry Experience: 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience focusing on corporate workplace/office interiors.

• Education: A University Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.

• Technical Knowledge: A strong grasp of construction techniques, building methodologies, and technical detailing.

• Design Strengths: Highly skilled in space planning and structural layout optimization.

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, and MS Office.
