Our client is an MNC Design Consultancy with offices across Singapore, India, Australia, US, and Europe. Currently, they are looking for a Interior Designer to support the growth of our client's interior design capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing design projects from concept to completion
- Maintaining high standards of design and client satisfaction
- Present design proposals and make adjustments based on client feedback
- Conduct site visits and inspections
- Create detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications for projects
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Interior Design / Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of interior design experience for corporate projects (offices) only
- Well versed in Singapore building codes and corporate project standards
- Strong knowledge of building processes, codes, and licensing requirements
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
- Required corporate projectst portfolio to be attached together with the resume
- Able to commence immediately or within short notice will be a plus
- Able to provide a portfolio with all the past office interior design projects accomplishment
