Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases. Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions and identify key candidate traits for candidate sourcing.
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and timely process. Communicate interview details to candidates and gather feedback from interviewers promptly.
Organizational Culture & Employee Engagement:
- Support initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities such as team-building events, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.
- Help maintain a culture of open communication by supporting regular pulse checks and surveys to gather employee feedback.
Support HR Business Partnering(HRBP):
- Assist HRBPs in providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and development, ensuring smooth communication between HR and departments.
- Collect data, conduct research, and prepare reports to support HRBP decision-making and strategy implementation.
- Provide administrative supporting rolling out HR initiatives, such as employee development programs and organizational changes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in administering employee benefits, leave management, and payroll support.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies, supporting audits and reporting as needed.
- Monitor HR processes for continuous improvement and recommend operational efficiencies.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous Experience: Experience in an HR Generalist role or similar internship experiences. Those have basic understanding about the financial service industry will be a plus.
- HR Practice: Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws. Also equipped with excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Use of Tool: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
