Sales Acquisition: Aggressively source and book new mortgage loans to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong networks including property developers, real estate agents, lawyers, and valuers.
Market Presence: Actively attend developer project launches, property exhibitions, and roadshows to capture leads.
Cross-Selling: Beyond mortgages, you are expected to promote other banking products such as credit cards, and insurance (MRTA/MLTA).
End-to-End Processing: . Conduct initial interviews with applicants (KYC - Know Your Customer).
Collect and verify financial documents (income statements, EPF, etc.).
Perform data entry into the bank's lending system (e.g., LOAD$).
Follow up on loan approvals and ensure the Letter of Offer is signed by the customer.
Education: Minimum of SPM, Diploma, or a Bachelor's Degree in any field. Fresh graduates are frequently encouraged to apply.
Certifications: While you can be hired without them, you will eventually need to pass industry exams such as PCE (General/Life) and CEILI to sell related insurance products.
Mobility: Must possess own transport as the role requires frequent travel to developer sites, agencies, and client locations.
Skills: Strong communication skills (multilingualism is often an advantage), basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a hunter mindset for sales.
