Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team where you'll play a pivotal role in managing projects and operations within outpatient facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including external vendors, to implement projects aligned with strategic plans for outpatient facilities. Monitor resource deployment and track key performance indicators. Facilitate effective communication and liaison among various stakeholders. Assist in financial assessments and track expenditures and savings for projects. Manage incoming invoices and ensure timely processing by the Finance department. Raise purchase orders to ensure uninterrupted service provision by vendors. Provide comprehensive secretariat support for meetings, ensuring accurate organization and minute-taking. Coordinate with relevant clinical leaders to plan meetings, gather agenda items, and circulate necessary documentation. Maintain organized records, including contact details, meeting minutes, reports, and a log of ongoing activities and timelines. Adhere to governing documents such as standard operating procedures and work instructions. Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor or department head.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting. Strong collaborative skills and the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and vendors. Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and project management capabilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Dedication to seeing projects through to completion. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
