Position Summary
TVF Capital is seeking an experienced and polished Senior Executive Assistant to support the Founder across both professional and personal domains.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on operational excellence and takes pride in ensuring every detail runs seamlessly. You will manage a wide range of responsibilities, including complex scheduling, extensive travel coordination, confidential family logistics, lifestyle management, and liaison work with stakeholders.
The role requires someone discreet, highly organised, and deeply reliable, with the ability to manage sensitive matters while maintaining composure and professionalism.
This is a long-term senior position, ideal for someone who enjoys supporting at the highest level and is comfortable liaising directly with senior executives and their offices.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Stakeholder Support
- Act as the primary point of coordination between the Managing Director and key stakeholders.
- Manage a dynamic and demanding calendar across multiple time zones, proactively anticipating priorities and resolving conflicts.
- Prepare briefing notes, meeting materials, and correspondence as needed.
Travel, Lifestyle & Event Management
- Plan and manage end-to-end business and personal travel, including multi-leg itineraries, visas, accommodations, private drivers, curated dining, and bespoke experiences.
- Oversee personal and household logistics, including appointments, purchases, and confidential arrangements.
- Organise intimate private events with seamless attention to detail and discretion.
Operations & Coordination
- Maintain VIP contact databases, relationship records, and relevant LinkedIn profiles to support smooth communications.
- Manage online and offline purchases, including high-value items, insurance, and shipping logistics.
- Track renewals for passports, re-entry permits, visas, and other critical documentation for the Managing Director and family.
- Support ad hoc projects, lifestyle requests, and special arrangements as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
We are seeking someone who combines professionalism with a service-driven mindset:
- At least five years experience supporting C-level executives, preferably within a founder-led, UHNW, or family office setting.
- Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and follow-through, comfortable managing high volumes of admin work daily.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidentiality and sensitive matters with absolute discretion.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural service-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and able to anticipate needs without constant direction.
- Proficient with Outlook, Google Suite, and basic project or event management tools.
