Position Summary

UNGCNS is seeking an energetic candidate to support the Carbon Pricing Leadership Coalition Singapore (CPLC SG), the emissions management arm of UNGCNS.

The role provides comprehensive Administration, Corporate governance, HR and Organisational support across all departments of Global Compact Network Singapore (GCNS). The position ensures smooth daily operations, effective governance processes, well-organised meetings and events, strong regulatory compliance, and the development of future-ready administrative capabilities, including SkillsFuture administration and digital systems. The role will suit an ambitious, curious, and lateral-thinking candidate who believes in building a better world. The successful candidate will engage internal stakeholders across all business sectors and collaborate with UN Global Compact colleagues to further strengthen operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to all GCNS departments, ensuring sufficient coordination, documentation, and follow-up. This includes all internal meetings, like Annual General Meeting (AGM), and external meetings, which are well organised end-to-end.
  • Manage regulatory and statutory requirements with the Register of Societies and the Commissioner of Charities, including renewal and maintenance of IPC status.
  • Manage the Executive Director's Calendar and schedule meetings accordingly. Provide all the administrative support to the Executive Director
  • Skills Future Administration - Setting up courses in Skills Future, providing administrative support, including claims management.
  • Provide administrative and governance support for the Management Committee and Sub-Committees, including scheduling meetings, minute taking and record keeping
  • Organise and implement Human Resources Development activities & processes including leave management, recruitment, onboarding, HR processes and staff development.

Skills and Capacities

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of HR administration, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
  • Experience or capability in managing SkillsFuture / SSG administration and government portals.
  • Strong stakeholder coordination skills, including engagement with senior leadership and committee members.
  • Excellent written communication skills, particularly for minute-taking, formal correspondence, and governance documentation.
  • Forward-looking mindset with the ability to build scalable, compliant, and efficient administrative systems.

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • Min 4 years of work experience
  • Tertiary level education in business, administration
  • Able to work within a small team dynamic
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and digital collaboration tools.
