Responsibilities
- Support the execution of hospital initiatives in line with national and cluster-level strategies. Oversee departmental projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion while managing risks and tracking progress. Conduct comprehensive data quality reviews to identify and address anomalies. Monitor key performance indicators to aid in decision-making and support analysis and reporting. Manage end-to-end procurement projects, coordinating with various stakeholders to gather necessary information and secure funding approvals. Collaborate with both clinical and non-clinical teams to implement patient-centric initiatives and sustainable care models. Develop and maintain management reports to provide insights into operational performance, project status, and resource utilization. Drive process improvements and uphold service quality standards to enhance patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in clinical operations or healthcare administration is advantageous but not mandatory. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and excellent command of written communication. Strong interpersonal skills and effective project management abilities. Capable of collaborative teamwork and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and committed to achieving project goals. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong numerical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
