As a Sr. Engineer - Technology Development, you will work to make a direct impact on our expanding Fab Operations, in building out our platforms of purpose-built technologies such as smart mobile devices, personal computing, home and industrial IoT, automotive and more.

Your Job

• Develop process flows and process recipes to enable meeting the product requirements for performance, reliability and defect free manufacturing
• Handling TCAD simulations
• Perform analysis of Electrical Test Data
• Study and plan device split for optimization
• Ensure methods and processes in place to test the devices and structures being developed
• Develops and implements methods and procedures for process control and inspection to ensure that the products are free of flaws and function as designed
• Analyzes reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions
• Responsible to freeze developed processes in preparation for manufacturing
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements
• Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronic & electrical engineering or Microelectronics
• Around 4 years of experience in the related areas
• Prior experience in TCAD simulations is preferred
• Specialized knowledge is required in Semiconductor Device Physics
• Able to work independently, with good communication skills and effective teamwork
