Your Job:
- Deliver Facilities operation & engineering services, building/office space management services, and facilities equipment asset maintenance management to enable manufacturing operations. Typically performs one or more of the following in capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently), or as a manager:
- Operates, monitors and maintains, troubleshoots, repairs and replaces facilities mechanical components and systems such as electrical equipment, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning), chemical, energy, ultra water & waste water treatment
- Hires and oversees outside contractors such as electricians, elevator repairmen, grounds maintenance workers, painters, plumbers and roofers
- Maintains and secures facilities equipment asset
- Develops and implements capital improvement projects, such as construction, remodeling, renovation, and maintenance of buildings and facilities, including preliminary concept development, detailed engineering design and bidding
- Conducts periodic inspections of work in progress and advises construction supervisors and contractors on plans and specifications
- Inspects existing facilities and prepares reports on the condition, deficiencies observed, designs necessary for repairs and estimated cost of repairs

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering
At least 5 years of experience on electrical
Experience in working in Cleanroom environment
