End-to-End SOP & Monitoring Node Mapping: Map end-to-end operational SOPs for ocean freight, air freight, road transport, warehousing, and distribution — defining key nodes, responsibility allocation, monitoring metrics, exception criteria, and resolution paths.
System Requirements & Dashboard Implementation: Translate operational processes, monitoring nodes, alert rules, and data definitions into system requirements; collaborate with the technology team to develop and optimize operational dashboards, exception monitoring, and KPI dashboards.
Overseas Regional Control Tower Operations Coordination: Align with overseas country and regional operations teams to drive unified processes, data definitions, node feedback, and exception handling mechanisms, improving cross-regional operational collaboration efficiency.
Key Account Support & Customized Scenario Implementation: Based on the company's unified Control Tower processes, systems, and monitoring mechanisms, support key accounts with fulfillment monitoring, exception follow-up, service quality improvement, and client-specific SOP implementation; for select key account scenarios, collaborate with sales, operations, regional, and system teams to drive customized requirement assessment and implementation.
Qualificatio
