Overview
Manage the process dedicated to effective and efficient capacity planning and management of Crocs factories. The template objective of the Capacity Planner is to manage the Capacity planning process to proactively enable Crocs to deliver on-time and drive excellent customer service while driving to the shortest customer lead time.
What You'll Do
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for communicating with factory production plan
- Responsible for measuring, maintaining and understanding demonstrated factory lead time
- Responsible for communicating raw material pre-buy analysis reasonability and accuracy
- Responsible for communicating to have orders committed on time
- Other projects requested by supervisor or team leader
DELIVERABLES AND INDICATORS (KPIs):
- OTS 95%
- On time buy confirmation performance 95%
- Capacity fill rate 85%

What You'll Bring to the Table
Education:
University or College graduate (preferable with major in supply chain management or operations management
Experience:
- At least 5 years industry experience on PMC or Supply planning management,
- Footwear industry background is preferred
Knowledge:
- Good analytical mind and meticulous with details and data
- Proficiency in written and spoken English & Mandarin
- Good PC skills including advanced Microsoft Excel (Macro, formulas, build in functions), PowerPoint.
Interpersonal Skill:
- Self-motivated, sense of urgency, able to work independently and good teamwork
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Travel Requirement:
Need to visit factory if indeed
