Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Sr. Business Analyst to support major initiatives within a government environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, the ability to manage stakeholders effectively, and a deep conviction in supporting the Government's mission. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support major projects, working closely with stakeholders across multiple teams.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and processes.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with various user groups.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables with strong project management skills.
- Perform detailed analysis and provide insights while maintaining a strong big-picture perspective.
- Conduct onsite visits and engage directly with end-users as required.
- Ensure smooth coordination between business teams, technical teams, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably on large-scale or government-related projects.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and user engagement skills.
- Ability to think strategically while being able to deep-dive into details when required.
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong conviction and alignment with the Government's mission and service objectives.
- Experience in project management and running major projects is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work onsite and visit project sites when needed
