Job Description
The role provides core support to the Nursing Quality, Innovation, and Research units, three distinctive and dynamic domains. The responsibilities span coordination of quality improvement, innovation, and research initiatives; secretariat and governance support for committees and workgroups across all three units; documentation, reporting, compliance, and process coordination involving multiple stakeholders; and independent management of complex workflows within healthcare and research environments
Essential Skills And Experience
- Degree qualification from a recognised university
- Minimum 2 years of professional working experience
- Exceptional analytical and communication abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven negotiation capabilities
- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent record-keeping skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in healthcare research or innovation coordination
- Background in project management
- Familiarity with statistical software packages
- Experience in draft reports and write-ups
