Job Description

Manage Woodbridge Hospital Charity Fund (WHCF) operations and support mental health charity initiatives. Responsible for charity fund administration, regulatory compliance, grant management, and financial oversight of charitable programs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Woodbridge Hospital Charity Fund (WHCF)
    • Manage charity fund operations, governance and regulatory compliance.
    • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting and fund disbursements.
    • Manage IPC renewals, board reporting and audit coordination.
    • Support programme funding, corporate partnerships and process improvements.
Institute of Mental Health (IMH)

  • Manage financial reporting and administration for education funding programmes.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, accruals and management reports.
  • Support MOH submissions, audits and funding claims.
  • Conduct costing reviews and financial analysis.
  • Partner stakeholders across HR, Education, Operation Department and Group Level.

Educational And Professional Requirements

  • Degree / ACCA / CPA or related field.
  • 3+ years finance experience, preferably in charity/non-profit sector
  • Knowledge of Singapore charity regulations and IPC preferred
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience with grant applications and fund management preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP system
  • Immediate availability preferred

Established in 2000, the Woodbridge Hospital Charity Fund (WHCF) is an Institute of a Public Character (IPC) and a registered charity (UEN: 201940371M) under the purview of the Ministry of Health. It was incorporated as a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG) on 28 Nov 2019 to provide greater transparency, accountability and sustainability of the Fund. As the Charity's operating expenses are borne by the Institute of Mental Health (IMH), all donations go directly to programmes to benefit our patients and beneficiaries.
