Job Description

• Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL and PL/SQL queries for database operations and reporting.

• Analyze system, application, and integration logs to identify and troubleshoot issues effectively.

• Support cloud-based operations using AWS services, including monitoring via CloudWatch.

• Work on Kubernetes clusters for application deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

• Investigate and resolve configuration, integration, and code-level issues across systems.

• Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to ensure system stability and performance.

• Assist in automation and optimization of database and cloud operations.

• Ensure smooth functioning of production environments with minimal downtime.

• Apply problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement permanent fixes.

• Maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and system configurations.

• Support continuous improvement of DevOps and database processes.
