Assist local merchant acquisition and onboard service point partners
Assist to produce training materials and provide guidance to service point partners on the features of the SPX application
Maintain and update service point information and settings within the system
Maintain operation standards and provide feedback to service point partners
Serve as an intermediary between service point partners and the internal operations team to enhance operation standards and to achieve overall business objectives
Consolidate monthly billings and updating of trackers
Perform cold calling duties as needed
Requirements
Willingness to travel around Singapore to speak to merchants and retailers
Outgoing and possesses confidence to approach potential partners
Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Independent worker and fast-learner with a high level of initiative
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work well in a dynamic environment
Enthusiastic team player with a positive work attitude
Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Powerpoint
Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months). Part-time interns able to commit a minimum of 3 days a week are welcome to apply
