Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC spring forming and coiling machines.
- Perform machine adjustments and troubleshooting to ensure optimal production performance.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and basic repairs on spring manufacturing equipment.
- Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and work instructions.
- Monitor production quality and perform dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments.
- Assist in new product setup, machine trials, and process improvements.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Maintain proper machine documentation and production records.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping practices.
Equipment Exposure
Experience with one or more of the following will be an advantage:

- Torsion Spring Machines
- Extension Spring Machines
- Multi-axis CNC Forming Machines

Requirements
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent in:Mechanical EngineeringMechatronics EngineeringPrecision EngineeringManufacturing EngineeringIndustrial EngineeringOr related disciplines
- Experience operating or maintaining spring manufacturing or CNC machinery.
- Knowledge of machine setup, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Able to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
- Familiarity with ISO quality standards is an advantage.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
