Spray Painter and Manager

Job Summary

You will apply expert spray painting and panel beating techniques to motor vehicles, managing the full painting process from start to finish. Lead and coordinate a team of spray painters and panel beaters to deliver high-quality finishes. Utilize knowledge of spray painting and polishing products and work with fiber and carbon fiber materials. Experience in manufacturing vehicle body kits is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute spray painting and panel beating on motor vehicles to achieve high-quality finishes
• Manage the complete painting process from preparation to final polishing to ensure consistent results
• Apply knowledge of spray painting and polishing products to optimize surface quality and durability
• Lead and coordinate a team of spray painters and panel beaters to meet production and quality targets
• Utilize skills in working with fiber and carbon fiber materials to support vehicle body kit manufacturing
• Support manufacturing processes related to vehicle body kits by applying relevant technical knowledge
