Sports Management Associate

This position reports to the Managing Director and interfaces with programme partners. Upon completion of the traineeship programme, a permanent programme manager position may be offered.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management, budgeting and resource deployment

2. Working with coaches to plan, present and execute sports programmes

3. Sports Programme facilitation

4. Provide direct support to management team during operations.

5. Elite performance athlete management.

Competencies:

1. Active participation in strategic planning process, including developing goals, objectives and processes

2. To innovate, design and implement interest-based content that is appropriate for various target groups and market segment.

3. To collaborate with partners for content implementation across the segment.

4. To support outreach opportunities to maximize footfall.

5. Budget management and control for programme operations.

6. Ability to learn in digital marketing, CRM, database management

Education Qualifications Required

A sports-related university degree

Duration of Contract

12 Months

Requirements:

1. Required to work 5 days a week, including weekends depending on programme requirements.

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Graduated or graduating from university, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions)
