Sports Coach for kids

Role:

We are looking to hire full-time/part-time coaches to join our FitKidz program. You will be part of a team that conducts Multi-Sports & Gymnastics classes for preschoolers as well as young children at International Schools. The ideal candidate will foster a positive and fun learning environment while teaching fundamental athletic skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. We welcome experienced coaches as well as new coaches looking to develop and train with us.

Job requirements:

• Preparing and delivering instruction/coaching in accordance with lesson plans.
• Plan and lead age-appropriate sports sessions and drills
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at all times
• Encourage teamwork, fair play, and confidence-building
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and participants
• Set up and take down equipment as needed
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and engaging attitude
• Monitor behavior and manage group dynamics positively
• Supervising and ensuring safe participation in activity
• Able to elicit good class management & professionalism
• Ability to use initiative work with minimal supervision
