Role Overview:

They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to drive sales across awards, events, media, and sponsorship opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services sector and a passion for building relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for awards, events, media
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business.
· Identify and research potential clients and markets, conducting outreach to generate leads.
· Create compelling proposals and deliver presentations that address client needs and objectives.
· Negotiate terms and close deals effectively to maximise revenue generation.
· Stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
· Work closely with event teams to ensure alignment on campaign strategies and execution.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular performance updates.
Requirements:
· 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the financial services, events, or media sectors.
· Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with clients.
· Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
· Strong networking abilities; engage effectively within the financial services community.
