We are a Singapore-based youth charity focused equipping youths and young working adults in social, emotional, and mental well-being.

Job Summary

Lead sponsorship marketing efforts by identifying and securing partnerships with companies, community groups, and educational institutions to support the organization's programs and events.

Responsibilities

  • Identify sources of government and private funding through research that are suitable for the organisation.
  • Prepare and submit funding application documents aligned with organizational services and programs, and manage follow-up queries.
  • Conduct market research to identify sponsorship leads and understand sponsor needs for targeted messaging.
  • Prospect and initiate contact with potential sponsors aligned with organizational goals and target audiences
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors through effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Develop and present sponsorship proposals that highlight value propositions, benefits, activation strategies, and deliverables
  • Negotiate sponsorship terms, draft agreements, and monitor fulfillment of sponsorship commitments
  • Plan and execute events and promotional strategies integrating sponsor branding across events, marketing materials, and communication channels
  • Oversee the events team and manage outreach events and activities to maximize sponsor engagement.
  • Prepare detailed sponsorship reports with key metrics and insights for stakeholders
  • Apply strategic marketing and promotional practices relevant to the healthcare segment to develop effective sponsorship plans
  • Utilize social media, online communication, and IT tools to enhance sponsorship marketing efforts
  • Manage multiple sponsorship projects simultaneously with strong project management skills
  • Work flexibly on weeknights and weekends as required

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field (essential for core job functions)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sponsorship marketing or related fields

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Knowledge of the healthcare, mental health industry, and youth culture
  • Understanding of government funding sources and application processes
