Job Description:

• Assess and manage patients referred for speech therapy services independently and implement appropriate treatment plans
• Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams
• Document patient speech therapy records accurately.
• Comply with clinical and service standards.
• Practice within areas of professional competence and seek clinical support from supervisor / other healthcare professionals when appropriate
• Contribute to administrative, education and research duties and projects as tasked
• Actively update speech therapy knowledge and skills

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in in Speech Therapy, qualified for AHPC registration
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment, quick thinker and an effective problem solver.
• Ability to prioritise workload, be well organised and multi-task in a smart and timely fashion.
• Possess strong analytical, communication, written and presentation skills.
• Team-oriented with a high degree of initiative and independence.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relations with different stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude and determination to ensure required outcomes are achieved and takes responsibility.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
