Speech and Drama Teacher (Part Time)

Roles & Responsibilities:

. Plan, prepare and teach lessons in accordance with Julia Gabriel Centre methodology and Speech & Drama programme requirements.

. Provide high quality learning experiences in class for children / teenagers.

. Communicate with parents and provide constructive feedback in line with programme requirements.

. Attend in-house training sessions provided for curriculum related matters and professional development.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

. A recognised qualification in Speech & Drama, Theatre or

Communication Skills from Trinity College London or London

Academy of Music & Dramatic Art (LAMDA) preferred

. Relevant diploma or degree from LASALLE, NAFA, NUS will be

considered.

. Any other professional teaching qualifications in Drama,

Performance or Theatre will be considered

. Minimum 1 year experience in teaching Speech and Drama to

preschool/ primary/ secondary school students.

. Excellent command of spoken & written English.

. Energetic, creative, passionate, good team player.

. Has good communication and interpersonal skills

. Enjoys working with children from ages 3 to 6 and/or 7 to 12 and/or

teenagers from ages 13 to 18
