SPED TEACHER

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field teaching certification preferred.

. At least 2 years of prior experience as a SPED Teacher / Teaching with Special needs or in a similar role is preferred.

. Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, organization, and knowledge of special education regulations.

. Commitment to ongoing professional development.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.

. Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff in a professional manner.

. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

JOB DETAILS:

. Provide individualized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs.

. Foster an inclusive learning environment and monitor student progress.

. Collaborate with general education teachers and communicate effectively with parents.

. Participate in professional development to enhance instructional strategies.

. Ensure compliance with documentation and reporting requirements.

. Maintain a structured, organized work environment aligned with 5S standards.
