Job Description

• Engage architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and authorities at concept/design stages to secure specification and approval of products.

• Build strong, trust‑based relationships that lead to long‑term conversion.

• Track project pipelines to ensure timely conversion from specification to awarded projects.

• Maintain accurate reporting on project status, market movements, and new opportunities.

• Support marketing and sales through seminars, trade fairs, presentations, and branding initiatives.

• Conduct market research to identify expansion opportunities and competitor insights.

• Work closely with R&D to advise on market needs, trends, and product innovation.

• Support pricing strategy development based on market intelligence.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Structural, Building, Construction, Architecture, or related disciplines.

• Experience in product/system specification within the construction industry.

• Strong understanding of construction practices and design compliance in Southeast Asia.

• A wide professional network within architecture and consultant circles (highly preferred).

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Independent, self‑driven, excellent communicator and presenter.
