About the Role
To support underwriting and issuance operations by independently assessing assigned underwriting tasks, delivering accurate and timely outcomes within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and providing sound technical underwriting expertise while supporting engagement channels such as Virtual Appointments, Live Chat, and Callback, and leveraging digital and AIenabled tools to enhance productivity, quality, and customer experience within a multiskilled operating model.
