As part of the Brand Marketing team, you will be a key member responsible for building Scoot's brand through effective and creative campaigns across paid and owned channels, to bring Scoot's business ambition to life.
Job Description
Our ideal candidate is an experienced brand builder, one who has experience having developed and executed end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple markets. With a flair for creative concepting and good sense of brand development, s/he is comfotable with driving day-to-day marketing activities and long-term market strategies. Calm and poised, s/he thrives on tight deadlines and adapts to ever changing needs. Working closely with Scoot's brand manager, the creative agency, the media agency and even the PR agency, s/he will be part of a team who delivers on various types of impactful communications campaigns, whose role entails
Brand Marketing, Governance and Custodianship
- Developing and leading campaigns aligned to Scoot's brand narrative, alongside evolving the brand identity and assets
- Providing support to in-market teams and other departments in maintaining a clear tone-of-voice in all of Scoot's communications and marketing
- Developing marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments, leading the execution of marketing programmes from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration between departments including Network Planning, Revenue Management, Digital Experience
- Identifying effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis for optimisation, where appropriate
- Managing and maintaining project and team budgets
- Overseeing project timelines and implementation dates, ensuring timely delivery of all projects as planned
Social Media Management
- Overseeing content strategy, creation and execution for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and RedNote
- Management of the brand's social always-on strategy, working closely with in-market leads and agencies to ensure consistent brand message, Scoot's tone-of-voice and brand guidelines to result in strong top-of-mind recall for Scoot
- Community management of Scoot's social media pages, including scanning of direct messages, comments and complaints to manage responses and overall channel health
- Providing social media promotional support for internal teams e.g. cabin services or network planning
- Supporting with social listening and analysis, identifying trends and monitoring competitor activities to help inform strategies for Scoot
Requirements
- Academic requirement: Degree preferred
- 2-3 years of direct expreience in brand and communications, in a creative agency or on the client front.
- Proven experience developing marketing and communications campaigns, including but not limited to social media, content strategy and PR-led campaigns Clear and engaging storyteller who is able to build a good narrative Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity Conceptual and intuitive thinker with business acumen Infectious energy and enthusiasm; able to inspire and excite Comfortable working with ambiguity and without complete information Independent self-starter and excellent communicator Experience with Chinese/ Indonesian/ Australian markets would be a plus
