Specialist, Investment & Asset Management (infrastructure)

AP Property Fund Management Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based investment management firm specializing in property fund management, including real estate investment and direct property investments. The company focuses on managing property and infrastructure assets, overseeing investment performance, asset operations, and strategic portfolio growth for investors. Its activities involve managing real estate and renewable energy-related assets, financial performance monitoring, and stakeholder reporting to deliver sustainable long-term returns.

We are looking for a Specialist that play a key leadership role in the execution, management, and growth of the firm's infrastructure investment platform, with an initial focus on solar PV + BESS assets in Australia. The role combines fund execution, technical oversight, asset performance management, and institutional stakeholder engagement to ensure strong operational and financial outcomes across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Execution
- Lead the structuring, due diligence, and closing of infrastructure investments, including the Australian solar PV + BESS fund.

Portfolio & Technical Oversight
- Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct technical due diligence, and oversee O&M operators to ensure assets meet contractual obligations and key performance KPIs (availability, performance ratio, energy output).

Asset Management
- Monitor asset performance, review O&M reporting and incident analyses, and lead performance reviews to drive operational improvements and maximize financial outcomes.

Financial & Operational Governance
- Oversee business plans, budgets, expenses, and cash flow across the portfolio without direct day-to-day operational control.

Investor & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a key contact for institutional partners, providing technical updates, performance reporting, and support for investor presentations.

Platform Development
- Contribute to building internal capabilities,mentoring team members, and supporting the growth of the firm's infrastructure investment platform.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of technical and commercial aspects of asset management.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in renewable energy as an Asset Manager (ideally gained in Solar and BESS)
• Engineering qualifications or relevant experience
• Experience in operational budgets and forecasting.
• Skilled in contract and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of renewable energy legislation and regulatory compliance in Australia market is a bonus
