Make an Impact by:

• Design and deploy DNS platforms and supporting infrastructure.
• Provide technical support to operations for DNS platforms and services.
• Perform troubleshooting, RCA, and performance optimization for DNS services.
• Execute system deployment, upgrades, and changes (MOP, POC).
• Drive capacity planning and scaling strategies for DNS platforms.
• Ensure high availability, resilience, and low-latency performance.
• Support infrastructure projects and solution implementation.
• Apply security patches, vulnerability remediation, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain system documentation and support audits/BCP exercises.

Skills for Success:

• Degree in Engineering / Computer Science or its equivalent.
• Strong hands-on experience in Linux (Red Hat preferred).
• Expertise in DNS technologies (e.g., BIND, Infoblox or equivalent).
• Knowledge of DNS architecture, resolution, and traffic flow.
• Experience in high-scale DNS environments, load balancing, geo-redundancy.
• Understanding of DNS security (e.g., DNSSEC).
• Experience in system deployment, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with security compliance and audit processes.
• Basic scripting/automation skills (e.g., Bash, Python) preferred.
