To develop and run alumni initiatives to increase early engagement with graduating students, as well as sustain active engagement of all alumni segments
To drive alumni marketing and communications (through online/offline platforms, content marketing, collateral development etc) for new/on-going alumni initiatives
Support the preparatory work to curate content for publications, advertorials, social media platforms, etc.
Assist in the coordination and planning of local and overseas outreach events and activities.
To drive sustained promotion, onboarding and usership of Alumni IT system by alumni segments, as well as continuous upkeep of alumni database
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma Holder. Proven experience and track record in client engagement, relationship management, membership development, events management, branding and marketing communications
Ability to cultivate strong internal and external client/partner relations with a view to leverage towards desired business outcomes
Meticulous, organized, able to work with minimal supervision and tight deadlines
Strong in public relations, people management and able to relate to all levels
Able to multi-task, work independently and in cross-disciplinary project teams
Savvy with technology, social media and database tools. Familiar with CRM systems, data analytics, digital marketing solutions
Effectively bilingual both spoken and written.
Eye for details with keen interest in writing, content development for online/offline platforms and collaterals.
